The West Fife Common Good Subcommittee met yesterday and a number of grants were made.

The first two grants were for picnic tables in Townhill and also towards thge Lammas Fair in Inverkeithing.

The final application was in Dunfermline South for helping to expand the Dunfermline East Church Annexe. I was very supportive of this as I know this is an important community hub in Duloch. However there were concerns amongst some members about this being a capital project and also at the amount requested. However I am pleased that we were able to work together and make a unaminous agreement to fund £5000 to provide disabled toilets as part of this.
