Just over a week ago I attended the second Fife Pride along with fellow Lib Dem Councillor Jonny Tepp and a number of North East Fife and Dunfermline Liberal Democrat activists.

It was a great day and was wonderful to see so many take part in the festivities. It was clear that the event is going from strength to strength.

We held a stall at the event and had a petition for Fife Council to introduce a policy of Gender Neutral School Uniforms. The Scottish Liberal Democrats instituted this policy which would allow freedom of choice for pupils to wear the uniform they wished. It was a great success and lots of people were very enthusiastic about signing this. We will be bringing it to the Council soon.
