On Wednesday I attended the Fife Housing Group Community Café event taking place in the St Ninian’s Church in Abbeyview. The event was really well attended and gave local residents the chance to communicate with various organisations as well as acting as a great community event.

The event also gave me the chance to speak to a number of local residents who were able to give me some of their views, some of which the Council can hopefully help with.

I also had the honour of getting to present prizes both to the winners of the children’s Easter Egg competition, where there was some great entries, and also for the raffle.

I know there are plans for another similar event later this year where I will hopefully also be in attendance.
