Earlier today I was delighted to attend the first annual Fife Pride event in Kirkcaldy with my wife. On a sunny day in there was a great turnout and a happy atmophere in the event to celebrate Fife’s LGBT community. The event started with a parade through the High Street and lots of people got involved! It was nice to see politicians from across the different Parties taking part and show our support.

After the parade there was plenty of stalls and activities including music taking place. The event provided a space for all of the community to get together to celebrate diversity.

Overall it was a wonderful event and I would like to thank the organisers at Fife Pride for this.
